Had a problem on my van. Quite worrying Sorted within minutes. Further episode. In trouble again with my small Motorhome and Stuart sorted it. He went out of his way to help me A Diamond Geezer!!!

Nothing is too much trouble; have now been rescued twice by friendly and helpful owner.

Seemed to be in the middle of nowhere, but actually easy reach of Cambridge Caravan and camping Club site. The staff were really helpful on the phone and when we called in for a new jockey wheel. Very helpful when I had to go back because it was too big, they cut the hub to fit which saved me having to faff myself.

There was a reasonable selection of Caravans but all a bit old for us also a few newish ones a bit too expensive for our budget. Good location just a short drive from Cambridge. Helpful staff.

Stuart could not have been more honest or helpful. I bought a motorhome referred to in a previous negative (and frankly spiteful) review. It is an old van, very well prepared for sale but needed new glow plugs, a potentially expensive endeavour with the risk of needing to remove the cylinder head of an aged engine with terrible access. Stuart was completely frank about this, and was reluctant to sell without everything being perfect. A diesel specialist subsequently reinforced the risky nature of the work and the possibility of a large bill, but everything went well and I'm the proud owner of an old but well looked after vehicle.

I asked Cambridge Caravans for a service appointment simply because it was urgent and other workshops didn't have time for weeks. It was the first time that I asked them to do work on my caravan. It made me a bit suspicous with such easy availability. So I decided to look over their shoulders while they were working on my caravan. The work I asked them to do: - Add a Truma Ultraheat to my Truma heater. - Have a look at the brakes of my caravan. They clearly proved that my suspicion was baseless. The jobs were done perfectly. The Ultraheat has been fixed excellent. All 4 brakes were taken apart and cleaned. Since the pads were still good they said I didn't need to replace them. Additionally I asked them to have a look at the anti swaying pads at the hitch. They needed replacement and they did the job well. Overall I was charged 3 hours of work. A perfectly justifiable amount. I am highly satisfied with their work and can fully recommend them. For me I would gladly trust my caravan again in their good hands.

We recently bought a campervan from Stuart. Travelled a long way (Manchester) for it and definitely worth the journey. From our initial email to solving a little problem once home the service we received was excellent. Great communication and support when we had an issue which was resolved fully. fairly and quickly. Buying is a big decision and it can go badly wrong so to be able to be so positive about this company will hopefully help others buy safely.

Excellent friendly service from Stuart Mason when purchasing our recent caravan and also when we had to have a shower tray repaired under warranty. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The customer service at Cambridge Caravans is fantastic. There is also a well stocked accessory shop is on site. Stuart and his team are all extremely knowledgeable about all things to do with caravans and it is always service with a smile. Keep up the great work folks !! :-)
